One example of a bulletin that was sent to bus and Metra railway operators in advance of the new month.
I modified the existing template details, such as text and photos, to ensure accuracy and visual clarity.
The jpeg file I was given was blurred by the falling snow across the dark blue of the motorman's uniform, so I use the Photoshop tools to paint/replicate the dark blue across the uniform, essentially erasing the falling snow.
